Dat heb ik gemerkt! Frans is eigenlijk de eerste 'Romaanse taal' die ik uit zal proberen! ^^

Ik heb nu al moeite met het onderscheiden van die rare accenten! é vs è vs e, en het uitspraak vind ik ook al lastig! (In sommige woorden, hoor je de helft van de letters niet eens! :lol:) :confused: Give me some good old' German cases instead of this nonsense....alreadyyyyy!!! :wink: :wink:

Has anyone here learned (or is anyone learning) Basque? I've been trying, but am finding it quite difficult. Any little tips or mnemonics or such would be quite useful. From a historical perspective, it's such a fascinating language. But it needs to know when to stop using the letter X.

Other than that, I speak passable French and Spanish, and some smatterings of Latin.

e depends on word...

Jeudi = j-ugh-di (ugh = (ur)mm....)
Vendredi = Von-drugh-dee
Mercredi = Mer-cred-ee

I just downloaded 'French 24/7' on my iPod, it's a free app. There is a German version :yep: If you dowoad the German one...we could race each other! :ahee:
