To be honest, I'm not exactly sure. I have a job working for a MLA in Stormont and he was quite keen for me to stand as a Councillor in 2014 but I decided against it because I'd still have my third year of uni to do and I'm also trying to keep my options open for a masters degree. So yeah, politics is probably my most preferred option at the moment but I'm still briefly considering other areas like journalism and teaching. I'm aiming to have decided by the end of this academic year :colondollar:

My degree wasn't complicated at all in first year but I'm assuming that'll change next year as I picked a few modules with the focus on Middle and Old English :shock:

That sounds very sensible! I have a few friends doing Engineering and one doing Dentistry (first year is the same as Medicine at QUB) and they both love their courses. With plenty of experience I'm sure you'll find out which one is right for you pretty quickly :smile:

Politics is also a highly immature field, which amuses me because it's full of older people who should know better :lol:

. I know of many people who literally stop talking to someone when they vote a certain way :lolwut:

I am a Greek and I have a heavy accent!I do weel understanding the Scottish and Irish accents.But when talking about Liverpool or South accents I do have a little problem understanding..
