I have to, my offer turned to unconditional, does that happen to everyone? :s-smilie:
Mines through adjustment so it's unconditional as I have already received my grades. Do you guys no many people starting? I don't know anyone going loughborough. Complete newby lol x

Hi, I've applied to do Fine Art at Loughborough and I still haven't had my unconditional offer yet :s-smilie: do you think it's because I'm doing BTEC courses? I know I've got the grades as my tutor said I hit the conditions they wanted? I'm stressing out!!!!!! D:
Ah I don't know, all this stuff is really confusing haha!
But yeah I know 5 people from my foundation course going to Loughborough but only 2 of them are doing fine art!
I was suppose to be going to Wimbledon but the very last minute I changed my mind haha, been such a stress sorting everything x

I'm more of a painter/drawer/sculptor/animation, a bit of everything at the mo but hopefully I will get to find my favourites when I'm there, you?
Ah that's cool :smile: painter, printmaker and photography mostly :smile: would like to try sculpturing, but as you say well will find our favourites there x

I quite like photography myself, my friend took it at college. How old are you? Funny question but I want to know the courses you guys have took and what sorts of people are on my course :smile:
Yeah I did photography at A level and just finished a foundation course where I mainly did painting :smile: I'm 19 :smile: x

I specialise mainly in abstract painting but I am quite looking forward to exploring 3D :smile:

Yes I have, just started it actually :smile: Have you decided what your doing? I'm going to do a little written research on artists and such explaining what i've done, even if they don't want to see it, makes me more confident - not very good with presentations. Have you brought any books? I have got the 1900-2000 art theory and the 'when trash became art'

Hi Lacie, I have started thinking of ideas. I have a couple I am going to play around with and then see which one I like best and go with it as we have to do it for a few weeks in to the course don't we? so I want it to be something I find interesting lol. I haven't bought the books yet but I will be on payday (23rd) I am definately going to get the 1900-2000 one. I don't think you can go wrong with artist research tbh I am doing the same, I don't think it was on the list they gave us but I have found looking at Ham Steinbach's consumer Icons really helpful :biggrin: xx p.s I am awful with presentations - so nervous! lol
