What do you predict the boundaries for both to be? A grade?

For both, Biology and Chemistry!?

Biology:
Full - 86/100.
A - 69/100.
B - 62/100.

Chemistry:
Full - 94/100.
A - 79/100.
B - 70/100.

Roughly..

Hey potential medic!
I shall welcome myself as a fellow potential medic too!

Yeah...
A100 Medicine at Cambridge, ideally..
Also applying to Imperial, UCL and Kings as it stands today...

I have six medical schools but as we know, I will have to shave off two!

An Oxbridge Applicant too!?
:biggrin::wink::smile:

Hi  Same here though I become increasingly doubtful as Thursday gets closer and I'm further and further into freaking out territory! |'D

Woo another optimistic Oxbridge applicant o/\o except I'm Oxford  We'll see though...I might just give it up if I don't get my 5 A grades. Same for UCL - they're so strict about AS grades!

Saying that, I love UCL so much I might just go for it anyway ahaha~

Good luck x

Thank you ever so much!
Talking to you implies an impression that AAAAA is waiting for you!
I'll pray for you tonight for additional luck!

Cambridge is freaking me out over 95%+ UMS for Medicine applicants...
Hopefully!

Nope no oxbridge for me, messed up my GCSE's (7A's 3B's 1C)

As it stands my choices are kings, manchester, Nottingham and Southampton

Just need to get this UKCAT out of the way

I didn't get phenomenal GCSEs... 3A*s 6 As and a B.

Average Oxford applicants have an A* percentage of 0.94. That's way out of my league...

But, Cambridge gave me the opportunity for redeem with UMS in consideration...

If I smash the UKCAT - like my mocks of 850 and 860 Averages - then I can fall into the category of the top!

Lets see though...

So you mean (for the average applicant) 94% of their GCSEs they got A*s in?

Or (in the A*s they got) they got 94% UMS?

I'm confused by what you mean... :frown:

F322:
Very graceful...
Questions were all aroma gable instantly, along with most questions giving all you need to inference to tackle effectively...
It was an exciting examination; that's off the sheet delight of having luck on everything I had generally nailed coming up in longer answers!

PREDICTION: 94/100.
UMS: 150/150.

I hope that's the case!
I feel it in my bones...

F212:
Also very amazing!
The longer answers were great and I felt I spotted most of their sneaky implicit detail in hidden image questions and all..

PREDICTION: 91/100.
UMS: 150/150.

I hope this is also very true!

I FEEL IT TOO!
Enough over my performance...
Tell me about yours!

Why do people who felt they did great in their exams always get at least one neg :\
I agree with you the June 2013 f322 paper was a nice paper (a bit like Jan 2012) I kinda wish I resat it now lol

Any time from midnight to mid morning. From what I hear about previous years it's usually 6 - 8am. Although I heard on the wind that Edexcel put theirs up at midnight last year

Well I hope they do it again, I want those M1 boundaries asap. And just out of interest the C3 boundaries as well even though I didn't take it

Yep, C3 will be very interesting. I was one of the lucky ones to take it and I'll be intrigued to see if all the complaints were enough to pressure Edexcel into lowering the grade boundaries. But then again, low grade boundaries could equally mean that it was a genuinely difficult paper and many people did worse than usual.
Am I too late to register for Edexcel Plus thingy? Also, would my results be displayed on it before 8.00 on 15th Aug?

I'm feeling pretty worried, my exams were with the CCEA board so I have no clue how I've done (no unofficial mark schemes)

Physics practical, physics 1, all of biology and maths are freaking me out!!

I did CCEA as well. Are you AS or A2?

Are you guys going to open the sacred envelope at school?

I plan to take it, fade away slowly and open it at home
