Do recordings of random languages! I will if you do

Okay!

I'll say the same sentence in different languages... :awesome:

"I can't speak -language- but I want to learn!"

That's a good idea actually, to say the same sentence- I was just going to say something random!

For French and Italian I might say 'I've learnt ___ for ___ years, but I could still improve!'

I know that my Spanish accent will be terrible- the teacher said it was good in Year 9 but at least a year has passed since then!!

For my French and Italian sentences I'm also saying some random words at the end

Which languages are you doing?

I'm doing Italian, French, Spanish, Esperanto, Mandarin and German, and I would do Welsh but I have no idea how to say 'I can't speak Welsh, but I want to learn'

The Esperanto one is kinda rubbish because there isn't anything in the sentence that sounds particularly Esperanto-y!

I was saying how I cant speak said language but wanna learn... I rambled in French saying there was a time when I'd know what to say and knew a lot of words but now... Nothing :emo:

I'm planning mine (I can't do things like this spontaneously) and I'm going to say...

Italian and French: 'I've studied ___ for ___ years, but I am not fluent and want to improve' (plus some random words/sentences on the end that I like )

Spanish: 'I studied Spanish for two years, but I want to learn it again'

German, Esperanto and Mandarin: 'I can't speak ___ but I want to learn'

Actually you have one the best accents for Mandarin I've heard in a foreigner (not kidding at all). Your tones were almost perfect and your pronunciation was very good! In fact, I probably have a worse accent than you since I haven't spoke a word of Mandarin in a year (but I'm a Southerner so my accent's horrible anyway).

谢谢!  I'm genuinely quite surprised, when I used to learn Mandarin from a friend she kept having to correct me on the tones
