Top unis don't throw their courses in clearing. ...

There are some top Unis with good courses in clearing after having a quick glance at the clearing vacancies thing.

How did you find that out? That is mental - I recall Durham entering either Clearing/Adjustment last year as they gave out too few offers.

I just saw Durham in clearing for law and it shocked me! People are going to fight to get it in clearing, I certainly will give it a shot if I end up in clearing!

If I'm understanding this vacancy thing right then Durham are in clearing for quite a few things. I searched for Physics and they came up.
Results day :lolwut:

durham have a **** load of courses in clearing this time round, very surprising, because thats definitely not what happened last year, or ever (recently). This is in complete opposite to KCL

I'm wondering the same as well, I have them as insurance, but now I kinda regret not putting them as firm which I'm likely to miss out on.

They're my firm...

I hope them not being in Clearing means that they've been nice and filled up all their spaces even with people who've missed their grades slightly :colondollar:

What's your Firm?

I think it means you have a slightly better chance of being accepted if you haven't met your offer.

Even if that's not true, I can go to bed slightly less stressed... thank you
i'm SO nervous.
95% sure i havent got my results.
preparing for the worst.

if we HAVENT been accepted on our firm/insurance will it tell us on track?
i'd rather know before going to collect my results...

Yes, but you'd have to ring your insurance to be released.
