Hi lamlam, Well done on you a level grades. If you continue to get 5 A's at a levels, you will meet the requirements for medicine by the way. Your grades are very good, so I would aim much higher such as Queen Mary, Kings college, etc. If your planning on working in the UK I would avoid coming because the pay is not the same as in North America (Canada or USA), and In the Uk the Job is saturated as a lot of Universities offer Pharmacy and alot of students take it also. They do not have the NHS in america, so people pay much more for their prescriptions and hence the better wages. My advice would be to either study pharmacy in North America If you are very keen, or if you want to study in England to change your subject. Because as an International student, you will end up paying over 25 thousands pounds per year in tuition fee loan (not including maintenance cost) and on top of that the salary in Uk is not very high and because you are an international student, employers will be biased against you if you compete with a candidate for a job.
