I got CCD at A levels

I got CCD in Biology, Psychology and French respectively and missed my firm and insurance choices, are there any decent universities that will accept me with these grades for Biomedical Science. I was hoping to do medicine after my biomed degree but I think its safe to say that dreams over:frown:. What should I do? Are there any foundation courses out there from good unis?

Use UCAS Course Search - that's the only way to find out which courses are available and what the entry requirements are. If you narrow the search down to an area of the country that interests you you'll have fewer results to work with.
Aston currently have vacancies in Biomed, it'd be worth ringing up and enquiring. Good luck
You can search for clearing vacancies on: http://search.ucas.com

Alternatively, you can also try ringing up universities not listed on the UCAS clearing system, though it's more likely that they do not have places available for biomed.

Good luck and don't give up

You could check University of Westminster out.

You would need to call them too to check if you meet their entry requirements but they do have places.

Good luck!

Don't fret, all you can do is keep trying. Good luck
Check Birkbeck, although their offer is a bit high for you (they usually ask for somewhere between ABB to BBB for Biomed, even in Clearing), they always have a couple of vacancies and it is always worth giving them a call just in case.

Birkbeck, University of London: http://www.bbk.ac.uk/prospective/undergraduate/clearing
Yes Birkbeck wuld be a good option, although the degree is biomedicine, not biomedical science so you wouldn't get IBMS recognition for this degree.

Have you also considered the Science and Engineering Foundation programme at Queen Mary's? It can lead on to a Biomedical degree, good university, and has places available in clearing:
