Laura I'm doing primary education specialising in English too AND living in Clough! It wasn't my choice either but at least we have somewhere to live I suppose. Do you know you room number? Mines 76.

Hi, I have an interview at edge hill to study primary school teaching at the end of this month. Just curious about the subject knowledge tests and if anybody could give me an idea of what will be expected in the English, Maths and Science. Would be pretty helpful :tongue:

Hi,
I've just firmed for primary teaching at edge hill and I really enjoyed my interview. It was pretty much an informal chat about your skills, qualities and experience and the teaching task was a brief overview, maybe 2 minutes max.
The tests were fairly straight forward, simple maths no higher than GCSE grade C. English focuses on word classes, comprehension and phonics and science was split into biology, chemistry and physics. If you do some revision on bitesize you should be fine.

Yeah, I've chosen Graduates court as first choice, only because their similar and a lot closer to the education block for me. Chancellors south is my second! X

Yeah I couldn't decide between graduates and Chancellors seeing as I'll be in the education block as well. Where abouts are you from? It'd be lovely to get to know you a bit more 😊x

I'm from Wales, you? What course have you applied for? I'm doing Primary Ed with QTS 😊 I really can't wait to move in and start learning 😁 X

I'm from Hessle in East Yorkshire. I'm doing primary ed with QTS as well, specialising in English! Me neither, I've already started buying little bits haha x
