Same here, I haven't heard anything from the accommodation service even though I applied in June and got uncoditional offer last week.

How do we know if the matriculation forms have gone through okay? I sent mine 2 days ago and I haven;t heard anything

Where did you find a reading list, guys? I've only seen one recommended book for my whole programme as an introduction yet 
http://www.ed.ac.uk/schools-departments/humanities-soc-sci/undergraduate-admissions/new-students and then you scorll down and click reading list (its a pdf)
