I'm in 901, all the other Animators are much lower down
I did link you to a couple of Facebook pages in my last comment but TSR didn't post it for some reason, if you search "UWE Animation 2013" on Facebook you'll find me and the others in there  And I'll link you to the Freshers page so you'll be able to find your roommates if you haven't already

Great. I've just sent a Join request. My picture is me in all black clothes with the Sonic model from Alton Towers. My name is Daniel.

Thanks dude.

Just finished that 'accommodation quiz' (which I think is pathetic btw) and now see my accommodation contract dates. It says from 11th September... But I thought it was normally the 9th  . When does everybody else's contracts start? I'm in student village.

On the 'quiz' and the end it asks for the date that you a likely to move in, If you selected the 11th, then they must assume that you're moving in then and so you contract dates move forward 2 days?

Well I selected the 9th, so I'm not sure. What day is yours?

Exciting stuff huh?!! Ah yes, it is just about results time!

Ah the course is fantastic, better than I ever expected. I already had high hopes coming into the course, but even after months in first year, I still loved learning the content (as horridly cheesy as it sounds.) It gets tough at times, it's a fairly heavy subject. But none the less - fascinating stuff. I understand they're altering some of the modules for the next intake? (Generally- the same stuff though)

I sound like a sales man or something haha.

Anyhow, all the best for the results and admissions! Hope you get the good news

I got in! I had a little message in my UWE portal before UCAS updated to say I'd got my place. Absolutely delighted

I'm glad to hear you're enjoying the course. It looked fantastic on the open day and all the students I met spoke very highly of it too - they were a lot more enthusiastic than some of the biomed students at the other universities I looked at! I haven't heard anything about the modules being altered. I can't imagine the changes would be too drastic though, would they?

Fantastic!! congratulations on the place!

Haha, I might've been working that open day actually? It's an awesome course so yep, we're even ahead of UoB in the league tables for the course.

The changes aren't too drastic no, it's the same content more or less, just a re shuffling of the structure in which it's taught and examined. They're keeping all the good stuff!
