Also, where do I find the "room confirmation letter" that I'm supposed to bring? Is that different to the "arrivals" letter because that's the only thing I can find with my room number on it.

I moved into surrey on Thursday without that, if you go to the key collection and show them the full room code, photo id and your pre-registration letter you should be fine

Looking for a band D room, doesn't matter where about. I am currently living in a university managed house near hazel farm (30 second walk) Anybody want to switch? rent for the room is £71 a week bills include water only, gas, electric and internet bills will be divided by all tenants (4 inc yourself) council tax is free so in total it will be £100 a week for everything, also it is a very large room with a double bed.
