I'll definitely give that a go. It's harder when it gets a quickfire conversation and there isn't time to think things through, but I'll get to that problem when I get there.

I can't really remember, I think he was mainly saying that I speak to everyone like they're idiots who are beneath me. It's not my intention at all, so I can't even spot when I do it. :s-smilie:

Do not get into quick fire! Then you won't be faced with the possibility of it unravelling.

I used to be told that as well :frown:

and tbf I probably still do it because I'm unaware, so can't help there :redface:

It's the worst place to be. My #1 goal is to avoid those situations now.

It's really infuriating. :frown:

It makes me think twice about how other people speak too though, because they could be misunderstood for all I know. :redface:
