Oh right, but still - 97%+ UMS average is ridiculously high. Plus, the offer rate for maths is quite high (as STEP tends to whittle out many of the offer holders!).

Imperial are brilliant, such a shame they don't do law! I really like LSE, UCL too!

Let's hope so

All the best with your application!

So am I  If you don't mind me asking, what were your GCSE, AS and A2(predicted) grades?

No, I don't mind!! I always ask others the same thing! At GCSE I got 10A*s and 1A, at AS level I got 4As and a B (chemistry - I don't know why I took it as I hated it so much!) I'm continuing with 3 and I'm predicted A* A* A. What about you? Have you submitted your ucas yet?
GCSE: 8A*s 2As
AS: AAAA
A2 (achieved): A*A*A*A (and further A in History of Art AS)

How about you?

Anyone applying to management? When will they give out their offers usually
Hey, does anyone know when the History department make offers? I applied on the 4th october.. And still haven't had an email from LSE stating they have received my application etc. Getting a bit worried!

I gave away mine for BSc Economics on the 3rd of October, and didn't get anything, so relax  They said it'd take about two weeks anyways!

Ahh, thanks! Can forget about it for a while then

Yea that's what I thought when I saw your post!

Ahh I'm doing Economic,

Cambridge (REALLY don't know why), UCL, Warwick, Edinburgh (Economic History)..

LSE is also my ambitious choice haha even though for Econ History its AAB I can still feel I will be coming up against some ferocious competition :frown:

Ahh, I know a guy in 2nd year doing econ. History!

Wow, you must have good predicted grades. I've applied to UCL, LSE, Leeds, Nottingham Trent and Leicester. (The last two choices are for if I f*uck it all up.)
History at LSE is AAA, but even though I'm predicted A*AA, I'm still super nervous! It's 10:1 per place for History
