I really need a hug right now. Wish someone was here.

It could still be the lesser of two evils. Say it is used to go out in scary social situations, then it can be used to get over anxiety at the first, 'ice-breaking' stage, but then you gain friends who, once getting to know them, you don't feel as anxious, and so don't need the weed then. The situation is very hard to judge from the outside, unless you are very close to the person in question or in very clear-cut situations, I don't think that people outside can easily say if it is good or bad for the person in question.

I just think, there is a reason, why you go to a pharmacy and get a prescription, instead of just using stuff on your own. But of course it is just my opinion, that self-medication is not the way to go. Weed is a drug and not the wonder thing curing everything from anorexia to bipolar disorder without any serious side effects. If weed has no other side effects than feeling less anxious and get into a state, where therapy makes sense, then great for him, but posting this on the internet is simply extremely irresponsible, just ask some of those with shizophrenia or those who get into a terrible state after smoking weed.

Unless if you live in California! :moon:

Yeah, but even then you can't self-medicate, but need a prescription, or? Although the US is very loose with some drugs/medication and I could imagine, there are not as strict, if they are here with prescriptions. I don't know ...

Don't be too hard on yourself. I over analyse what i say in conversation all the time and come down too hard on myself, what's done is done

Is this something you blame yourself for or something that happened and was out of your control?

What's in the past is in the past, best not to dwell on it as hard as it is not to :frown:

It's my pleasure! :hugs: I'm sure you would lovely. I appreciate that.
As long as you think you'll be alright, then that's the main thing. My evening was average, watched Downton Abbey then came online.
Hmm, mixed emotions about this week, you?

I've never watched downton abbey actually, keep meaning to watch and episode to see if it takes my fancy.

Also mixed emotions this week. Over thinking things as usual  if anyone has a cure for that I'd love to know

At least mixed is better than full out bad :yy:

I've watched it from the very beginning, it's really great tv. :u:
I really can't be bothered with this week in all honesty, or most weeks. It's dragging on. Life is so long. Gah. :hugs:

Well, the week is over, new week new opportunities and experiences, you never know what good things might happen :h:

Life does drag on at times, but sometimes it's just there to test us. :hugs:

Any plans for the week ahead?
