Breakfast: a blueberry & pomegranate smoothie & a packet of grapes

Lunch: a ham & tomato baguette, some chocolate coins

Dinner: another ham baguette, some gummy bears

Not had anything else, dieting is so frustrating!

lentil and tomato soup with 3 dark rye crispbreads

2 digestive biscuits
salad - baby spinach, sweet beetroot hummus, grated carrot, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas, pickled beetroot

I need to eat healthier :/ I ran out of veggies and I'm broke until Monday :frown:

Tonight will be homemade courgette and potato fritters, vegetarian "chicken" garlic kiev and vegetables. I also made a chocolate roulade yesterday, so we'll be finishing that later, too!

One bread with cheese for breakfast, rice with chicken for lunch, prawn cocktail crisps, picnic chocolate and one entire mango. I sure ate a lot and will go on a diet soon.

breakfast: a bit of porridge with some sugar sprinkled on top

lunch: chicken mayo baguette from greggs & a nutrageous bar

dinner: chicken nuggets & some baked parshnips and a few slices of baguette

was on GP placement today aka land of tea and biscuits.

porridge
a medium box from the morrisons salad bar - falafels, cherry tomatoes, couscous salad, three bean salad, ham and cheese pasta salad
a banana
2 clementines
2 ginger nuts + teaaaaaaaaaa
2 custard creams + teaaaaaaaaaa
small skinny orange mocha from starbucks
salad - prawns, little gem lettuce, grated carrot, gherkins, cherry tomatoes, soy chilli ginger dressing

edit: + some 90% cocoa dark chocolate :coma: (.... shhhhhhhh..... dark chocolate is good for you! haha)

Haven't eaten anything all day. I want a McDonalds but have no-one to go with. Is it sad to go sit in McDonalds by yourself?

No it's not sad at all. I often go to McDonalds on my own, and see plenty of others there alone too :smile:

Yeah I just wasn't sure whether it would get cold on the way. Maybe if I took my bag and put it in there while I walked home...
