Most pointless ass lessons as well...teach you **** you already know

God. If my sixth level had been that useless i'd have left and gone somewhere else to be honest.

The problem with sixth forms is that they teach you how to pass an exam, NOT the actual subject.

There's so much overlap that both teachers end up teaching same thing although you end up teaching yourself at home for homework and then 'go through it' in class. So basically you rewrite the notes you made at home onto a preprepared sheet...ridic.

Its ultimately depends on what you want to do job wise, and how long you got left. I would of done a BTEC level 3 as you can do specialist subjects yet still get UCAS points for University. I agree sf and school do overlap.

Writing songs helps me with this, or a change of scene/ subject. Preoccupy yourself with something or another. Thats what helps me anyways... or even cooking... turn your attention to something else for a bit.

I just tend to wait until I write myself into a corner, then do something else until I get more inspiration. I've only managed to go 4 pages before writing myself into a corner this time >.<
This place has changed a lot in the last few months. I recognise hardly anyone that has posted in the last ten pages or so.

Nah I wouldn't have done a btec, probably mainly due to the stigma, but also because at a uni open day, we were told in a round about way that btec students would have to do exceptionally well because it isn't equivalent to a levels. I'm fine with my subjects (well most of them), it's just really frustrating recently cos I'm barely learning anything!

Haha, yes I meant scouting at the auditions in particular
Awesome choices... a lot of recent movies. Because I'm bad at choosing favourite! Took me at least 10 years to choose my top 3 favourite artists and even then I have like 3 artists at number 3  I could possibly give you my top 100 but even that's unlikely since I love sooo many movies all for different reasons!
I see, I guess being yourself was the way then??? I see, well I can see why. Though when I was joining CTA their interview was slightly longer XD
Yes most movie's do hehe. Oh cool that'd be great, though it depends I suppose. Cool. Several hours??? i was planning to get there 2 hours early haha seems like I may need to turn up for 6am! Though they are doing online auditions...
Oh wow, must have been a long wait. Did you bump into our friends then???

I didn't have time to be anybody, which is probably the best way :L
I got there 2 hours early and it was probably later than I should have been?
Yeah they're doing online auditions now it's so bull****! I queued for 10 hours in the cold and starvation with a hobo trying to busk near us, and it turns out I could have just sat at home! But I get another attempt now so it's a blessing and a curse I guess.

I've absolutely given up trying to keep pace but the old-ish guard still stalk the thread it seems.
Ah, I have my sewing machine, hot chocolate and a lot to watch on catch up on netflix.

The single life is great for now. There is time for me, I can just wiggle my toes in front of the fire and no-one complains about feet. Toasty warm toes. Bliss.

How's it going, Deyesy? I see your term time location is in Manchester. Good to see you're finally at uni  How you finding it?

Eh not bad I guess given everything that's happened since moving here. My depression is still kicking my butt a little bit in the evenings mood wise but it's the social side of things that seems to be more of a struggle than life as a whole itself at present. How's life treating you now? Seems an age since I saw any of the actual old-guard post in here,
