Not really PAkistan related, but has the same sort of theme underneath ie: a global message, uniting people no matter where they're from

Not me personally. Someone from Hertfordshire donated to Children in need. Her house had a name... The max donation I got was £250 from a school who pledged some money. The minimum was around a fiver. I took calls for a total of £1260 in the end. I think I took around roughly 40 calls tonight :smile:

Beautiful......If only our country can sort its political stance out we could be a great force once again!

I loved when the court gave Musharraf a jail sentence he just walked straight out of the court like a free man lol Pretty much sums up the rule of law in Pakistan.

Anyone here from Karachi?

I can actually believe that's Pakistan, because my family is from Kashmir ("Heaven on Earth" :smile: ) Yes, Pakistan's law goes something like this:

"You commit x crime"
"No worries. You pay us y money"
"And if you're feeling like a real ********, if you pay us another bit of money, we'll say the person who snitched you up did x crime"

OR (very rarely)

"You commit a crime"
It makes international press. Pakistani police now start to look really bad, so they HAVE to act

OR

You are a victim of crime
It makes international press. Same as above. The sad truth of the matter is that if this report never made international press:

Ma nigguhhh , i feeel what you are saying,I dont know how they just let him walk free, yes he done a little bit of good for the country but the bad he done greatly over powers that.

in 1960's an American parlimentarian said that Karachi is going to be the next Washington, BTW yh am from Karachi.

Our country is defo one of the best if the government and corruption gets sorted.
