Any help with momentum?

I dont understand these questions, can anyone help?

What don't you understand?
Have you studied conservation of momentum?
Momentum before = momentum after.
If so, where are you stuck on applying it to, say, the 1st question?

I understand the conservation its just how to apply it to the 2nd and 3rd questions (I've worked out the 1st one now)

Good news you've done the 1st question.
The 2nd question is the same idea.
If you can do the 1st, what is it you don't understand about the 2nd?
