What's your favourite 'thing' about Liverpool?

Thanks! I shall have to go and spend a years worth of college print credits on photocopying then :eek:

One thing really good to mention about Liverpool is culture. They were capital of culture in 2008 and the whole ethos of that is something they tried to maintain with a lot of arts festivals and museums etc. Another good thing to say is about the hospitals As there are two major trauma hospitals (The royal and Aintree), a world leading Children's hospital (Alder hey) and a specialist neuro hospital (Walton).

Can you rephrase this question? I don't really understand what you're asking.

This may well change with the new curriculum but it is not possible to learn clinical anatomy solely from HARC. It is perhaps easier to read some of the gross anatomy beforehand and then try and re-enforce that learning with pro-section contact and teaching in HARC. Anatomy is the sort of thing that you will forget within a couple of months if you don't keep going over it.

Also how do you like Liverpool as a city?

In what terms? It's great for students, for shopping and for partying. But compared to Manchester (for example), it is somewhat lacking in various aspects. As you can see, it's a subjective topic; if you specify what you are looking for in a city, I can perhaps provide a better answer.

Hi guys,
I have been looking through my GCSE certificates and in my results sheet the general studies GCSE I got an A* and A and that overall came out as an A. However on my actual GCSE certificate they've awarded me a B and on ucas I put down that I achieved an A* in general studies. Liverpool want the photocopies of the GCSE certificates :/, I don't know what to do??

I didn't get an email or a letter. I phoned them up though and they said its fine, so I guess there's nothing to worry about.

What would someone say if asked Why Liverpool? I know I'd talk about early patient contact but what else? Is there any research which is currently happening there which is groundbreaking or something to that effect, I cant find anything?
