Anybody work or worked for debenhams ...advice needed?

I've just started working at debenhams and I'm worried because I don't know how to remove the security tags on items ..I've seen staff do it but I haven't been shown ...how do they come off ?feel stupid asking ..

You should never feel stupid asking if you don't know something, or if you forget and need to be told again. Your boss doesn't care if you ask how do do something, what he/she cares about is if you don't so things right because you're covering up the fact you don't know. So just go over to a colleague, give him/her a smile and say 'I can't get the hang of taking off the security tags, could you show me how to do it please?'. :smile:
