Choc digestives
Battered fish and mashed tatties
About a litre and a half of apple juice
Breakfast 7:30 am - half a cup of sweetcorn
LATE Break 1:30pm - 4 small mango slices
LATE lunch 3:00pm - one homemade chicken sandwich

I'm on a diet, I am 5"8 and 130 pounds at 17 ain't nobody want love handles and thighs that touch :bawling::sad:
Breakfast: a banana
Lunch: chicken salad baugette, caramel & pecan bar
Dinner: fish supper :drool:

mehh, mixed feelings about today

porridge with a whole tonne of cinnamon (not even kidding when i say a lot, i mean, i could probably take down the cinnamon challenge)
a banana
2 carrots
ginger nut crunch nature valley granola bars
flapjack
homemade nachos
egg-free, low fat chocolate mug cake

by the magic of deadlines/exams/clashing timetables, my flatmates and i hadn't seen our non-flatmate friends in weeks, so we met up and had nachos and a bit of a gossip :h:

My "diet" is where I basically just grab anything I find healthier than what i normally have and keeping to 1200 cals a day
bare in mind i would never have breakfast so what i had is better than nothing!

A large Dominos pizza - garlic butter base (no tomatoes), roast chicken and cheese. Omg that garlic and herb dip from Dominos :') Beats their bloody pizzas lol
fruit & fibre for breakfast
some panettone & a packet of crisps
cheeky afternoon margarita with the mother during our shopping trip :awesome:

Lunch: Falafel and butternut squash salad from Tesco, carrot sticks and hummus, half a bottle of diet coke

heinz beef, tomato and onion big soup with 2 dark rye crispbreads

a snacky dinner - 3 extra light laughing cow cheese triangles, 2 carrots, brussel sprouts, cherry tomatoes, sugar snap peas and a blob of dijon mustard

then, whilst watching DOCTOR WHOOOO -
nachos with salsa, cheese and jalapenos
