Leadership Roles/Responsibilities - Session XV

Dear all,

To make sure all bases are covered and that the MUN can strategically develop over the coming weeks, months and years, the leadership team of the community are outlining their roles and responsibilities.

This is not set in stone and we will cross-over on certain matters but this is just a loose structure for us both to follow.

When one member of the team is absent then the other will automatically take over of all of the other person's duties.

Our duties shall be as follows:

RoryS'
- Drafting, presenting, implementing and supporting others in structural reform and strategic development of the MUN

- Sending out weekly bulletins

- Day to day duties

- Monitoring social media

Superunknown17's
- Running the mentoring system

- Posting news stories

- Running member of the month

- Advising on hypotheticals

- Motion of the week organisation

Both
- Running elections

- Strengthening links with fellow communities (MHoC, real life MUNs etc)

- Recruiting members

- Maintaining high activity levels

Any questions, please shout.

Kind regards,

RoryS
Secretary General

Superunknown17
Deputy Secretary General
I'm not opposed so long as this is efficient, means the DSG does not become co-SG, and doesn't mean the SG can shift their electoral responsibilities on to their deputy.

I don't intend for that to happen.

Electoral responsibilities will only be shifted if the SG is absent...
It's nice to know what the roles/duties are
