Thats the same as what I have been reading. In 15mins, you would think! But it's the speed that I'm not that great on. I hope it's not mental maths!!!

I imagine it must be reasoning or data or something quickish! Do you have yours on Wednesday as well, where have you applied?

Thanks for the tips Sof!

Jo_Marie thats exactly what i'm worried about! The tests online scared me so much I rescheduled my maths test! I'm very slow with my maths. Oh Gosh i'm so nervous! At least we know lots of us feel the same way so thats something. Plus they will know we're nervous. Good luck with all three of your interviews! The school direct one would be great if its salaried! You must have lots of experience then?

Oh gosh, I know...me + maths + speed = disaster!!! at least we're not alone! No, mine's on the 17th, it seems as if St. Mary's are doing a lot of interviews!

I've gotten an interview for Cambridge on the 7th of January and I'm still waiting to hear back from Greenwich, I've applied for primary with science there! Where else have you applied?

we all seem in the same boat with maths and speed  i guess lots of practice will help I'm having a maths weekend! Good luck with your interviews. Cambridge = fab! Well done.

It's the 16th so a week on Monday. Ye that is really long I might just not book a return and do it on the day. How many people were at the interview roughly? Also how many people did u have to present in front of my friend last year did it in pairs. Thank you

yea to be honest I wouldn't book a specific time. Umm there were a fair few people- its hard to tell. More than I thought and the group size varied lots.

Has anyone heard from bath spa yet?
So my manager said she did my reference yesterday but it hasn't come through as complete (or even accepted) on ucas. Could this be because it is the weekend or should I be concerned??

I didn't think weekend would make a difference. My timing was the same as yours with references. My second reference did mine on a Friday night and I got the e-mail straight away, so paid and sent on the night. I'd look into it if I were you. If you log in does it still say she hasn't completed it? You may want to ask her to check (I know it involves another nag but there must be something wrong...).

Yeah I figured there must be an issue. It still says it hasn't been sent. I have asked her if she sent it off but had no reply yet. :-/ She won't be able to check until Monday. Just hoping it will all be figured out then! So stressed right now!

Ahh that must be annoying :frown: . Oh well don't worry, I see no reason she can't check and you can get it all done and dusted on Monday!

Yeah I am feeling okay about that, the timing is just so frustrating. Seems like one thing after another and I just want it to be in the hands of the unis now!

I feel like I am driving myself mad! Possibly going into too much depth...I do not have a degree in english, but am researching phomemes, graphemes etc and was planning to be able to identify what stages ks1 should be at in depth in all subjects at the end of ks1. Basically almost memorising the statutory requirments, for fear I will be asked in depth about curriculum...tell me am I going too far?! How did you find the Roehampton interview before? Is the interview interrogation style? I fear I over think things!! I am using a prop based around a lesson I carried out on placement which I considered somewhat successful :O It's my first time to interview for PGCE so I really have no idea what to expect!!! Best of luck to you too

How did you find your interview at Roehampton? I have one in a weeks time.

I've applied for St Marys, Roehampton and a School Direct salaried. My interviews are next week, 11th, 18th Dec and 24th January, lots of preparation ahead of me!!!! It sounds like you've already got them over and done with, so can focus of skills practice, jealous!!

Well I worked between 2009 when I graduated for two different companies, in fairly corporate type roles you see, and they need 3 years work experience, I really liked the school and quite hands out type person when it comes to learning, plus the salary helps! I Def would miss the money whilst going back to full time education if I only get on the PGCE though!!

Are you passing the practice tests online? I literally keep practicing and practicing on this maths app I got for my phone!! God what's our luck, we get there on Wednesday and it's just adding up and application of formulas on the help sheet they give you?!!? Haha
