Examples of Non-Pathogenic Diseases in Animals?

I'm finding it difficult to understand the meaning of non-pathogenic diseases in animal health. The research I've done so far is about the natural bacteria in intestines and what.

I know that Egg Binding, and Metabolic Bone Disease are non-pathogenic, but I am struggling to find more examples. Does a non-pathogenic disease mean it is not infectious?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You could look into stuff like arthritis and auto-immune diseases. Non-pathogenic disease means disease involving the absence of pathogens (disease causing microorganisms). So if you can think of any diseases which don't involve viruses, fungi, bacteria ect. then that's a start.
