I suspect it is slightly harder to masturbate if you're circumcised vs having a healthy uncircumcised penis (i.e. foreskin isn't too tight, etc.). People who were circumcised before becoming sexually active obviously wouldn't know the difference, and they are just used to it how it is. But I reckon that someone with no experience of either would probably find it a little easier on an uncircumcised penis.

It's done to prevent germs/ bacteria and stuff going inside the foreskin, making it cleaner and easier to keep clean which is why a lot of pornstars do it.

There is also a rumour it reduces the chances of getting HIV.

How much experience do you have masturbating both circumcised and uncircumcised penises? I'm sure masturbating without a foreskin is pretty easy when you're used to it, but hypothetically it's probably slightly easier with foreskin to someone who isn't used to either.
