Help with Geography AQA A2: World Cities

I'm currently creating overview case study sheets for my revision notes and I want to create an A4 page spread on all the main case studies.

The problem is though is that we've done so many 'extra' case studies in class that I'm not sure which ones I need to know thoroughly and which ones I should just glance over for background knowledge. So I was wondering if anybody has a clear list of how many case studies we need to know and for what topics, so far I have:

Urbanisation

•

Sub-urbanisation

•

Re-urbanisation

•

Counter-urbanisation

•

development partnership scheme

•

Urban decline and regeneration

•

Retail centre

I think you need case studies on:

Economic development/effect of urbanisation- One example in AQA A2 book is Mumbai page 136.
For Retailing you need one out of town retail centre I think, theres one in the AQA book as well.
