Like this, all the way home.

Handstand walk home? Absolutely, I'm the boss
Okay, so take us through a day in the life of the boss
Well the first thing I do is...
Dumbbell Press (like a boss)
Lateral raises (like a boss)
More lateral raises (like a boss)
Press more (like a boss)
Drink my protein shake (like a boss)
Handstand walk home (like a boss)
Suck my own dick (like a boss)
Eat some chicken strips (like a boss)
Chop my balls off (like a boss)
They don't work anyway (like a boss)
I'm the boss.

It didn't need a 'no homo' as it's obviously not gay when it's your own... Got to get that protein! Dem gainz!

The highest. Gold standard, brah.

True. That's how Ryb still claims not gay status.

My best is only 100*20 and everyday is leg day for me.

I'm coming for you

I'm planning on doing three leg sessions a week from now on.

A quad dominant volume day, a hamstring dominant volume day(what today was supposed to be.....) and then a 'heavy' day; single/triple squats/dead variants.

Assuming I find a way around this killer pump, leg gain train departing the station!

This will be me soon, very soon :colone:

forgot how entertaining this log was. good work
His legs got like that just from cycling.

Chest & Biceps - Brotastic

Chest:

Barbell bench press -
100kg X 9(PB), 8
60kg X 11, 8, 7

Incline barbell bench press -
60kg X 10, 8, 7, 7, 6

Chest dips -
Bodyweight X 10, 8

Dumbbell incline bench press -
20kg X 12, 9, 7

Biceps:

EZ curls -
EZ bar + 20kg X 8, 6

Dumbbell hammer curls -
12kg X 8, 6

Dumbbell incline curls -
10kg X 8, 6

Cable curls -
15kg X 8, 6

Bench press sets at 60kg were slow and controlled TOT/constant tension(not locking out) with a second of sink into the chest for that stretch. Felt good, definitely feeling a lot more chest recruitment with the 'sink in'.

Going to be dropping dumbbell work/dips, I don't really feel any chest benefit, at least not compared to barbell work. I think being 'locked in' with a barbell helps keep everything super tight and focused, which doesn't happen with dumbbells.

Bicep workout felt beastly, I'm definitely digging the heavy approach over volume. Dem pumps! :awesome:

Overall I'm changing my workouts slightly, and going for less volume and higher weight/intensity. 6-10 reps, hit 10 on the first set and up the weight, time to make some gainz.
Are you ex-fattie? Curious after reading your posts in the obese 19YO thread.

Ex fatty checking in. Was 104kg, got down to 71kg.
I love how a 100kg bench isn't "high weight" for you. Always look forward to seeing the sheer volume on your blog. :colone:

The second set felt heavy, I nearly failed my first rep.... What the fudge. I get a lift off, and then when I take the weight, I get a feeling in my left bicep... I wouldn't call it pain, more of a short uncomfortable tingle coupled with what feels like my bicep is about to fail, although I don't know if it is, or it's just a similar feeling...

On top of that, when I do chest dips, I.E, lean slightly forward, I get a shooting warm electricity feeling up my left arm.... Again, what the fudge! - A bad angle hitting nerves? Something else?

I think the bench problem may just be having weak biceps, at least proportionately to my bench strength, and the sudden 'shock' of taking a heavy bar is a tad too much for them. But I've read tendinitis can cause it, it was on BB.com though........

What do you think, brah? Enlighten me with your wisdom!

Perhaps I just need to curl more :colone:

Thank, brah-ette. I don't have some before/after topless pictures to truly show off the magnitude of my transformation. However, I feel my blog warrants something

This was me in February 2011 - I started my diet early march 2011, which was when I was 104kg.. So I imagine in this I was something like 103kg
