Leg extension -
80kg X 8, 7, 6
60kg X 8, 7, 6
50kg/35kg drop-set X 10/5, 9/4, 7/4
Previous PB at 120kg was 8 reps on December 23rd.
I hit 100kg X 15 back on the 2nd January, from that to today... Oh my quad, things just got real.
