Yes it's just people say don't put a higher offer as your insurance but there's no problem with doing it

I did it on a disease called Granulomatosis with polyangiitis. I looked at the developments in terms of diagnosis and treatment and their impact on patient care.
My granddad had the disease (now in remission) so it's a special interest for me :smile:
