Differentiation

Hello, could you help me explain this equation below, I'm having such a riot over it.

1) a company has a revenue function TR = 4Q^2 + (5 / Q)
Determine the function of marginal

2) Given the average cost function of a product follows function AC = (12/Q^2) + (Q / 2) Determine the marginal cost function.

I've forgotten what I learnt in economics, but the derivatives are

d/dq(tr) = 8q + -5/q^2

d/dq(c) = -24/q^3 + 1/2

Edit: You can wolfram these, or learn basic differentiation (You could do this easily in 5-10 mins)

To understand how differentiation of TR gives MR you need to understand what differentiation is
