Might as well just rename this the 'ego boost thread' because most of it's posters are rampant whiteknights hoping to score some with some anonymous female they've never met on the internet... Bizarre. Just bizarre. I rated her above average, I don't see the big deal.

The term white knight is simplistic, and to say that everybody who stands up for somebody else is only doing it with the hope of getting laid is a pretty sad conclusion to draw.

What ever happened to simply being a little more mature, having a more moral philosophy of life and working towards removing stupidity and overly juvenile behaviour from a social forum. After all isn't this forum for students?, aren't those who remain in academia supposed to develop even a smidgeon of maturity?

You may actually be a decent person in public, but why act like a tough macho man behind a screen and a keyboard?
