I can't sleep!

I've always been the kind of person that struggles to sleep, but recently it's gotten worse most night I won't be able to sleep until 4 maybe 5 in the morning, even when I go to bed at a time like 10. I do everything I can to get to sleep but nothing works.
I've tried;
going to bed early
Not looking at any bright colours an hour or so before I go to bed
Having no light in my room
having my room in complete silence whilst trying to sleep
having a night time routine
and for a while I exercised for up to 2 hours a day so I would be tired and be able to sleep
But none of this has worked does anyone know any other ways I may be able to get to sleep? or does anyone know why I may be struggling to sleep?

Do you need to be up for school or anything in the morning?

I'm the same because I feel really sick so I can't go and once I fell asleep in my strictest teachers class. He went to military school so that's how he teaches.

I'm diagnosed with anxiety disorder, perhaps you are the same?

I usually feel like throwing up, taking dumps, just generally bad at night.

Even the slightest sound can disturb my sleep.

Are you stressed/panicked in any way?

Yeah sounds like you have sleep disorder.

You can get pills for it, but you might become too reliant on them, I would go to your GP, maybe he can get you to counselling to find the root of your problem or alternatively some therapeutic medication.
