Hi,
I've just got a conditional offer from Edge Hill and i can't wait to start.. if i get the grades that is. I was just wondering if there was anyone else that had got an offer and what major specialism that you have chosen! It'll be nice to get to know a few people that are making Edge Hill their firm choice! :smile:

ive applied to edge hill and made them my firm choice and , hoping I get the grades, want english as my major specialism. :smile:

still unsure whether I should live on campus or at home as I only live 20 mins away by car.

Hi, I'll be definitely living on campus I live 1hr and 30 mins away so there is no way I'm travelling in hahaha!! what do you do at a level??

I have my interview tomorrow! Just wondering if you are allowed to bring notes into the presentation and one to one interview?

I put special educational needs but not sure whether to do that or early years :smile:

might stick with sen though, think it will give me more experience. what have you chose?

I chose SEN and Art I think SEN will help loads when learning how to plan lessons for the high ability and low ability children!!!

thats exactly what I thought!it would probably make you more employable in future and able to handle different ability children

I got a reply within a week!! They sent the offer through ucas first then a letter through the post!!! How did your interview go??

I think it went okay! I had a really nice interviewer and the exam wasn't too hard! Hopefully they liked me :smile:

I was afraid they wouldn't understand my accent because I'm from Northern Ireland!

I've had my conditional offer from Edge Hill and definitely making it my firm! Major specialism is maths :smile:

love the campus so so much! Also had an offer from Brighton and waiting to hear back from Durham and Sheffield Hallam about how my interviews went :smile:

Hi!
Just wondering if the science, maths and english tests you do on the day at Edge Hill affect your offer? I don't think mine went very well, but one of my friends said that she was told they were only used to determine whether you'd need extra support whilst at uni.
