Yeah too heavy. Also could still go a little wider on bench I think you'd get more strength after adjusting.

Proper session as in redo the whole thing, or just what you didn't do?

Yeah I think I'll redo the whole session. That was the worst session ever haha. Woke up, got in late, 9am seminar, failing squats, wasn't hitting depth.

At least I reached a PB on rows.

Try sitting on your ankles with 40kg on the bar. If you're high bar squatting this is where you should be on every rep, even when you have twice your body weight on the bar.

Lots of people dont have the flexibility for it so seriously be happy if its just the fact that the weight is too heavy. Getting stronger at your level is far easier than developing the flexibility for an ass-to-ankles squat!

InOneEar the coach. Take a whistle and shout "lift that bitch!" And hope the staff don't throw u out. You guys at Warwick ? That was my uni a couple years ago. I didn't use the gym in those days though.

I'm thinking of joining in the summer for the running track. It's good value with that , the gym and the climbing wall

i've started doing this since you recommended it and it's awesome. I don't got ATG but I go pretty damn deep these days imo anyway.

Don't worry.

This is all but a blemish on the road to success.
Can't curl, can't squat, whatever next? :colone:

Ahahaha
looks like they're up for scrutiny

Did I say "perfect form"?

If so, I have obviously shot myself (read:twice) in the foot.
