I only received one following my application saying they'd received it and that my application had been considered strong but that was the only email I got until today!

sorry for the considered strong email, was that amongst the strongest one or just the one with strong enough for considered further?
Anyone got an offer/rejection or still waiting for economics and economic history, they seem dead according to this thread

I have applied for economics and economic history and I haven't heard from them since 10 December as well. Hope that helps!
Offer for international relations! I'm still in shock!
I applied on December 18th. My 7 weeks were going to finish next Friday.

Good luck to everyone still waiting!!

Have you got the strongest in your admission cycle email or juste the strong enough to be considered further one?

It was only strong enough to be considered further! I thought I had no hope because I heard other people got told they were among the strongest applicants etc

You're in almost exactly the same position as me, in that I received the four week email on the 13th of December, only difference is I applied to economic history with economics. I've only seen rejections for eco hist so far, no offers.
I guess they won't be giving out any more offers today
Embrace yourselves, rejection friday is coming

Congratulations to everyone who received offers. Finally you got it! And you did a great job.
Today UCL reduced my offer from AAA to AAB for no reason and said we made a mistake, which was sort of good news for me because it was my insurance. But pretty unexpected and bizarre thing to happen so I thought I'd share it with you.
And I hope you won't receive and email tomorrow if you are still waiting.

No I already have my offer. The problem was, all my offers were AAA and one A*AA so it was quite helpful that UCL changed it to AAB so I can use it as my insurance.

What did you apply for again? An AAB offer from UCL is pretty great.

That's for UCL SSEES then? Normal UCL history doesn't give out offers that low.

Yes:smile: Good guess. UCL straight history is AAA/A*AA but SSEES is AAA/AAB I applied because I am really interested in East European history and also am a socialist:colone:.
