Funnily enough given the above poster's avatar, probably Legion from Mass Effect 2/3

Honourable mentions go to the Prince in Prince of Persia: the Sands of Time and the Weighted Companion Cube. Gwyn, Lord of Cinder (Dark Souls) cracks me up too

For me, as far as being an iconic character is concerned, it's Master Chief. But in terms of personalities, my favourites are Delta Squad from Star Wars: Republic Commando. The ending to that game makes me emotional.
