Hi,

I'm really sorry to jump on this thread but as you are the new generation of Birmingham, I thought you would be the ideal audience.

I would really appreciate some feedback. I am currently in talks to organise a club night in Birmingham and wanted to gauge how people feel about this.


I am looking to set up a 1940's Blitz party style night. This would include a live swing band/1940's DJ, drinks and cocktails of the era and of course, authentic era dress with props etc around the venue.


Tickets would be priced around £20 for the event and would probably be 8pm - 2am sort of time. As a lover of all things vintage, I think something like this is really lacking in Birmingham.


If you could let me know your thoughts on this, I would be very grateful.

had the same issue fellow blink fan! wet with bham as the offer was better and the campus in my opinion was nicer :smile: soton towards the outskirts is also fairly rough like all cities, but it wasn't my cup of tea

Have you applied this year? Yeah I live in Bournemouth and really dislike Southampton as a place, it's pretty grim, but the uni is good so I had to consider it.

And yeah, blink rule :biggrin:
