Why does youtube advertise mature dating to me?

Why dating?

Why mature dating specifically? Bit specific there youtube, Y U think I like the elder women?

Does anyone else get this?

Like seriously, what kind of algorithm has it used to come to the conclusion I need mature dating in my life:angry:

There's a settings thing on youtube that you fill out so they tailor the ads for you, like you put in age, what you're interested in etc. Fill it out properly if you want it to stop.

seriously does anyone else get these adverts or not?
I have the same problem a few years back and I was like 9 or 10 and I only us the PC for games, Y8 and Dragonfable specifically. Still don't know why this happened though unless ad companies came to the coclusion that all gamers are looking for that type of dating. It scarred me for life though, those ads, maybe that's why I became what I am today.

Well, let's just say I knew what the 'horizontal tango' and 'playing' in a certain context, meant before my parents or biology taught me the birds and the bees. It was certainly awkward since whenever I see a puzzle where it say B_o_s and _ _ndom since I automatically go to a certain conclusion, if you know what I mean.
