Don't you want to try it just once and then decide whether or not it's worth it? (It's probably worth it.)
I guess I just don't know why self-control is really important here, unless you think you're going to be 'fapping' 24/7 in which case yes probably best you don't... but otherwise, nothing wrong with it!
