Don't feel ashamed about your weight just because society expects you to look a certain way. If you wanna lose weight then fine that's good, but if you're happy with your weight that's good also.

I want to lose weight but I honestly look a bit bigger than i am in that pic, I was slumped like a big sack of potatoes lol. Going to try and lose some over the summer. Def the last time I put a picture up though

Your posture does you no favours, you should be upright. Your toppings are lopsided to one side, should be a more even spread. You get points however, because you're still quite nice to eat.

Something like this look would be better:
