how is your opinion of me being a white knight a "fact"?

i am a decent guy in terms of beinf fair and generally nice to people around me
but people are suspicious or jealous of that so they'll randomly call me out, and get annoyed when a fair amount of people actually like me

you physically can't get everyone to like you by being nice, but it still doesn't mean you should go the opposite way.
