It's a nose pin actually, and in this picture it looks much bigger that it actually is.

I haven't seen the others and obvs its your choice but in general I don't like them. Actually talked about this today with some guys and girls both, general consensus is that you can either nail it or it all goes horribly wrong (wearing a nose pin/ring). Looks like you're pakistani so you're probs doing it out of some false notion of purity etc, allow it
