I have enjoyed my gap year
My plan for freshers is to go to daytime events rather than the parties so I can meet people like that

I hope so
I'm sort of half and half with you guys.
I enjoy drinking etc just don't like going out too much... I prefer staying in with a group and chilling out having a laugh and socialising with a few drinks.

Im just worried that in freshers ill be pretty much forced to go out every day in a hope to make friends haha

Barnes, for premier flat! I feel like such a weight has been lifted! Thank god ahaa! Was Holly Cross on campus or was that the one in stoke?

On campus, just looked, sorry if that's weird :s-smilie: was just thinking about being non-drinking/awkward buddies ahaa! So glad you're close!

Definitely! Ahaa
Guys you really don't have to worry about being left out or not having fun you'll definitely find at least one person in your hall that also doesn't drink or party  Last year there were 4/13 of my hallmates that didn't drink or party and we still had so much fun with pizza parties with fizzy soft drinks or we'd spend evenings just chatting, watching movies or playing cards in one of our rooms  It was awesome! There are more people who don't drink than you'd think actually (or some that do but very rarely) and you will NOT be considered weird or anything like that

So just be your awesome selves and have fun
hey! i'm going in september too, and i'm not a big fan of getting drunk and going out out, don't mind having a small drink and enjoying a good night with friends and games  hope i'm not the only one!

P.S i'm in linsay court anyone else?!
