There's a pub in Shepherds Bush called the British Queen that I used to go to play pool and that, absolute **** hole, think guys queuing up in the toilet to do lines of coke in the cubicle and ex-cons from the Scrubs prison having their release party there/ was this infamous old geezer who used to come in every single day at 12pm and drink steadily until closing time. He used to play ''Aint no pleasing you'' by Chas N Dave on the dukebox on a loop throughout for the entire 12 hours. Apparently his wife left him and he suffered some kind of mental episode. They made about £30 a day just from his dukebox expenditure, ad to empty it every 3 days apparently(usually once a month). He also apparently used to do Chas N Dave on the kareoke on Friday nights.
The other custumers went absolute nuts a few times after hours and hours of this ****, one apparently through a pint glass at the dukie in frustration.
The landlord told me they considered installing sound proof doors in one side of the boozer with the jukebox just to keep everyone in the pub happy, and to keep this mental kent spending. Eventually they literally had to bar him after calculating that they were losing more from the other scumbag customers who stopped coming than they were making from his combined boozing/ChasNDave expenditure.
Fella is either the most determined troll in London or a psychopath
