Hi everyone! I need help! I just got an email from the student accommodation team telling me that I couldn't get a room at student court or Victoria halls as I will still be 17 when I'd move in. Now I have to find something else but most of private organized student accommodations are booked out already or are far too expensive. Could anyone of you suggest what to do? Or does anyone else has the same problem and is looking for something private to rent?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe you apply to your insurance for accommodation, given that you will only be attending if you don't get into your firm. If, however, on results day you havre met your firm and go to your insurance you should apply for accommodation on or after results day.

Everyone's staying there I put my first preference as Victoria halls wish I wouldn't of, haven't been placed yet though xx

I'm sure if you haven't been place and wanted to switch you could ring or email the university and they'd switch your preference😊
