Thank you!

Just annoying that 100kg felt so heavy considering I've done 120kg before and that flew up! Suppose alcohol and no food does that to you :P

Happy belated birthday

Also, I find deadlift varies a lot. Some days I feel amazing and can barely pull 80% of my max, other days i feel crap and go and pull a PR, don't let it get you down

Not thick or aesthetic by a long shot but progress is progress right?

I know it's not a great comparison pic because I'm tensing in the second photo but look how skinny it was before haha

Nice, how much can you do on flat bench?

also how much decline is your seat?

Don't really do flat bench, probably 27.5kg though.

The decline is about 10 degrees so it's working just as much chest as flat but a little less shoulders.

Nice PBs however

You have many leg sessions or movements as I do

I do lunges and split squats on my other workout...

Don't be one of those guys who only does leg press and extensions for legs :P

Leg extensions are dangerous, don't do them!

Agreed.

One of my friends seriously injured his knee on them despite doing fairly light (55kg)

Bit of a Mickey Mouse exercise to be honest..
