Art and Design Foundation year

Hey guys,
I just wondered how does a typical timetable for Art and Design Foundation year may look like. I'm planning on doing it at Coventry University. If anyone did this course, or know anything, could you please tell me what it's like and is it worth the time, and if you have learnt a lot during that year?

All the students I know who have done an art foundation course (and it's a lot) say it was the best year of their lives. When my son did his, he was in university full time, 9 - 5 every day, and then stayed later because he was having such a great time. Your mileage may vary, of course.
