Hi guys,

i'm really struggling with mobility and exercise

I'm trying to attempt the distinction work.

D2: Analyse the impact of common musculoskeletal disorders on mobility and locomotion

Does anyone know any useful websites that i can use?

I cant find anything on the internet :frown:

Well, think about the composition of muslces and the skeletal system. Then think about how these system can be affected by any disorder.
For instance, one example of an inherited muscular disorder is a muscular dystrophy. In this, there is a weakening of the muscles. Now consider the function of muscles. For example some muscles of your thigh region (you will study them later in anatomy. For the record, the thigh is the region from the hips to the knee) are involved in stabilising that side of the body. When they become weak, your body will not be supported on that side (or even on the opposite side) and you'll have difficulty in walking and running.
