You ruined the joke  Congratulations on your weight loss anyway

I have nothing to ask really because I've lost 5 stones and a few pebbles myself :colondollar:

Yes, they created hypertension at a very young age..

Where did you last have them?

The gym in 2010

Where did you get them from

Bad parenting who couldnt feed me properly and wouldn't encourage exercise
Did you do it safely and over how long? Through healthy diet and not much exercise at all (by that I mean only little walking) it takes 1.25 years.
With exercise its much faster.

A combination of both.... But exercise was the major baby here.. It took about eight months...

Congratulations.
I really like the cross trainer though, I would say most of my weight loss came from it largely, with a mixture of treadmill and rowing too.

Rowing was ok for the upper part of my body, to lose the man boobs..

I'm trying to help a friend lose weight, I got her to do a low carb diet, cross trainer and stair master. She is not the most motivated of people. Any tips and how long did it take you?

Drag her kicking and screaming to the gym and lock her there..

Trust me after a couple of weeks she will be hooked. Exercise is addictive.. Very addictive and she will love the rush she gets..

Is she very overweight?

Kind of, she needs to lose 4 stones.
